Pet Policy

At RPM, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. Farmhouse 121 welcomes cats and dogs, must complete a pet interview. For each pet, with a maximum of two - there is a non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet and pet rent of $25 per month.

Limited to 2 pets per apartment home with an 80 pound limit per pet. Aggressive dogs will not be permitted. The following is a list of breeds deemed aggressive. If your animal is a mix, documentation is required stating the animal is not over 30% of the following restricted breeds. Additional breeds may be added if deemed necessary. Additionally, pet interviews/photos may be required at any time. OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PETS AT ALL TIMES.
